Lydia & Park process all orders within 1-2 business days . All orders placed over the weekend will ship within 2 business days starting on the following Monday.
All orders within the US, standard shipping is UPS or USPS and your delivery time is 3-7 business days. You may pay extra for expedited shipping. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can only be sent via UPS or USPS as well. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options are listed at check out. For international orders we hip both UPS and DHL.
If you would like to edit or cancel and order, please reach out to us within 24hr of placing the order otherwise we won't be able to cancel or edit the order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns on all orders within 30 days unless the item is marked as final sale. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for complete information. We only accept returns for items unused.
Lydia & Park accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Discover. We also accepts Apple pay, Google pay, Amazon pay and Paypal where applicable. Please note if you pay using a gift card and can only return an item for store credit.

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - FL, NY. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping/handling charges (as required). Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.
All orders placed on Lydia & Park website goes through a fraud verification check. If your order got cancelled after you receive an order confirmation please reach out to us for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order got declined please reach out to your financial institution.
Once we receive your return and it's inspected, your credit card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. Depends on your bank billing cycle please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
